60009? Just teasing with this pic which is the 'steam' outlet vent at the Swan Hotel, Bradford-on-Avon on 15th July 2018 with much grease in evidence. We had just watched Union of South Africa pass through B-o-A with the Torbay Express (Bristol to Kingswear) and were looking for a breakfast location. On Saturday, 14th, we had seen 60009 at Box Tunnel on its way down to Bristol from the Southall depot when, unfortunately, it was headed by an EWS type 66 diesel.

Luckily, and I suppose naturally, the driver had sounded the 'chime' just before 60009 emerged from the tunnel
And here she is, sandwiched between the diesel and support coach, just before passing under the Box A4 road bridge
We could imagine here that there is no diesel on the front as she passes under the A4 road bridge!
