Church Walk, Melksham on a fine July day

Many disparaging remarks are made about Melksham, perhaps by those who have not explored its back streets. The following photos were taken on a short trip to Melksham made by train from Chippenham (there are now eight trains a day in each direction). The cost of a return ticket, with railcard, was just £2.80.
